If you've decided to return an item, please first ensure that it meets our return criteria; within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original, salable condition with tags attached. Footwear must be returned in new condition with the original box. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Note that undergarments and face gaiters also cannot be returned.
To process a return, simply follow these steps:
1. Submit a return request via our Returns Portal below:

2. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Print this label and attach it to your return package. Be sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the approval and process your refund accordingly.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on statements.
