The best and most important advice we can give you regarding washing instructions for your Huk Gear is to avoid high temperatures! You can wash your Huk Gear with like colors on warm or cold water. Again, do not expose your gear to high heat as this can cause damage to the fabric resulting in the +UPF 50 rating to decrease.

In order to treat fish blood areas or stained areas on your gear, we recommend using Oxi Clean type cleaners to treat these issues as these cleaners as specifically formulated for delicate fabrics and suitable for polyester. 

Most of our clothing items feature a tag with specific washing instructions. Please look for that first!
