To get your packages to you promptly, we process orders into our system one hour after they are placed online. Unfortunately, once an order is pushed through into our warehouse it is harder to make any changes. If you reach out during business hours ( Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm EST) we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you urgently need to modify your order, please contact us at [email protected] or call 854-201-2559 as soon as possible with your request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within our capabilities.
